This is the most common C-Bus issue in Northern Beaches homes after an LED downlight upgrade. C-Bus dimmers were designed for halogen loads — when LEDs replace them, the very low minimum load causes residual current to flow at zero, making lights glow. The fix is replacing the dimmer with an LED-compatible module, adjusting the minimum dimming threshold in C-Bus ToolKit software, or adding a small load resistor.
